My real-life experiences have proved invaluable when working with my clients; enabling me to truly understand and empathize with their individual life challenges.
Sometimes life can just feel overwhelming and out of control. Perhaps you maybe suffering from a past trauma, or with stress of managing a family, navigating a career, maintaining healthy relationships or trying to be everything to everyone. Or you may feel lonely or isolated, have poor health or financial worries - all these issues can impact everyday functionality and personal wellbeing. With over 6yrs experience of working within NHS Talking Therapies (formally IAPT ) service; supporting a wide range of highly diverse clients from different social and economical backgrounds, I bring the same dedicated, supportive approach within my private practice.
In addition to managing three NHS Talking Therapies Services across South West London, my previous experience also includes mentoring and training over 300 trainee therapists, offering dedicated workshops and providing clinical supervision to both trainee and qualified therapists.
